Our rental services start with an initial consult with one of our Event Specialists. A specific Event Specialist will be assigned to your event and work with you every step of the way – from the first web demo to actual show execution. Utilizing TurningPoint throughout your entire event has never been easier with the support of our rental staff.
Pre-Show Services:
- Coordination of rental equipment and logistics
- Presentation/slideshow creation, review and edits
- Data capture consultation and event best practices
- Comprehensive set-up documentation for full familiarity
- Complimentary online training classes with trainer
- Participation list creation and scanning of keypads
- Available gaming templates for increased audience participation
Show Services:
- Coordination with production, AV and facility directors
- Equipment set up, testing and final rehearsal
- Facilitate ResponseCard distribution logistics
- Final presentation edits and suggestions
- Presenter rehearsals and on-site training
- Detailed on-site reporting as requested
- Equipment tear down and return shipping
Post-Show Services:
- Response reports in over 30 unique formats
- Demographic data if applicable
- Event analysis and experience debrief
- Recommendations for future events
